30A is the amount of amps drawn by the motor at maximum torque, allowing the rudder to move freely. It is not the current with the motor stalled. This motor controller is sized to supply 30A continuously in 12 or 24V.
PCB without enclosure, processor flashed with code, functions tested and waterproof 4 pins connection to pypilot computer or Raspberry Pi running OpenPlotter.
